Pendo is a tool for Product teams.

Pendo was built to combine product analytics with in-app guidance. This unique combination of features allows product teams to make informed decisions and reach out to their customers at different stages of their product experience.

At Pendo, I was part of an amazing team of 6 designers. My work was largely focused on the Guides and Feedback products.

Project Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define strategy and roadmap

• Design for long and short-term product goals

• Gather data to inform product decisions

• Organize cross-team collaboration

• Schedule and run usability sessions

Team Responsibilities

• Mentor junior designers

• Foster a culture of exploration and design critique

• Advise and participate in the hiring proces
